You are more than welcome to join this self-exploring journey of 3-year Management Trainee(MT) Program. This wonderful program leads the way to a competent commercial leader mastering in critical & strategic thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. 1. Actively rotate various Depts., including Logistics, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Call Center, HR, and Vending, build commercial and FMCG expertise, face the problems, and develop solutions.

2. Join cross function team as a leader to liaison projects and lead team to make an impact.

3. Take assignments directly from executive team and work with them to initiate change projects; Sample Projects listed as follows:

Commercial PTC: Review and optimize the Price, Terms & Condition of key accounts (Carrefour, 7-11…etc) to ensure a profitable business contract and drive a sustainable business growth.

Sales - RTM(Route to Market): optimize business model of sales operation to drive sales grows horizontally & vertically, evolve sales role from a rep. to a Sales Consultant to achieve strategic goals.

Sales - SalesForceAutomatic(SFA): review and optimize sales systems to simplify sales work process, initiate a platform to support the steps of the call and facilitate the sales learning anywhere anytime.

Logistics –Pallet Journey: integrated pallets system into 3 main categories and cut warehouse expenses by 3M/year.

Manufacturing – World Class Manufacturing: being a Project facilitator, improve operation efficiency, and increased 1.2M in revenue.

 

Upon graduation, MT shall be capable of doing one of these:

1. Field Sales:

Lead a sales team of 5~10 members and take charge of 10~20m of sales revenue annually.

2. Commercial:

Drive the management and evaluation of trade promotion planning, support to deliver customer performance insights and balanced scorecard for key customer business reviews, support the development of category management and business intelligence functions.

3. Project Leaders:

Being a leader to manage the impactful business projects.

4. Key Account:

Support key account plan of FMCG channels to achieve sales and profitability target, focus on forecast planning and customer stock control, establish and maintain productive & professional relationships with key stakeholders.

5. Trade Marketing:

Team work to come out channel promotion plans, confirm channel activity details, explore market idea through field visits, source and recommend premium items for channel and account sales.

 

 

Others:

1. Demonstrate commitment to develop professional management career in Swire Coca Cola system.

2. Demonstrate proactive, teamwork, effective communication and positive working attitude.

3. Good command of spoken and written English.

4. Be able to relocate and stay mobile during the program.

5. TOEIC 785/TOEFL 78 or above.
